📋 Description

• Build and maintain core reporting suites and dashboards as needed to support decision-making. • Work on analytical projects end to end, helping to scope the approach, dig into the data, and generate recommendations that the business can act on. • Partner with your manager and department leads to understand the company’s biggest open questions, generate action-oriented insights, and turn ambiguous problems into a clear path forward. • Build and refine models that surface what’s driving a team’s performance and why, so that teams can plan with confidence. • Perform ad hoc quantitative analysis as new questions arise and proactively surface opportunities for growth or improvement. • Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers to ensure the right data is delivered to the right places and is accurate.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in strategy, analytics, or related quantitative fields; consulting experience is a plus. • Comfortable working with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) to support analysis • Experience with SQL and/or Python. Experience with Databricks is a plus. • Expert in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, with the ability to build clear, persuasive narrative from data. • Interest in using AI tools to help solve data or analytical problems. • Ability to build analytical stories, using data and visualizations to drive impactful insights that lead to action. • Ability to juggle several cross-functional projects and stakeholders at once.
