📋 Description

• Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers • Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources • Partner with internal stakeholders to produce actionable reports showing key performance indicators • Identify areas of improvement in current operations and perform root cause analysis • Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations for complex business challenges in the Fintech space • Own the UX/UI experience delivered to users across multiple data products • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools • Identify business data needed to produce useful insights and future analytics • Communicate findings and recommend data-driven operational improvements • Support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex data and reporting projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience) • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau • Experience with SQL is required • Ability to work on problems of a moderate scope requiring analysis of varied factors • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices • Ability to apply learned techniques to solve problems • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships • Preferred: Experience in a SaaS company or Fintech • Preferred: Familiarity with Sigma • Preferred: Python or R experience • Preferred: Exposure to data governance or data quality frameworks • Preferred: General experience with Claude or other AI-powered analytics tools • Preferred: Experience with Agile or Kanban project methodology • Preferred: Experience with Databricks
