📋 Description

• Understand business needs and objectives • Ensure data initiatives align to business objectives • Elicit and analyze business requirements and use cases • Create user stories and process flows • Create shared understanding across stakeholders • Identify process improvement opportunities • Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities • Act as the "voice of the business" throughout the delivery lifecycle • Lead requirements elicitation with stakeholders • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities • Create and maintain business rules and requirements documentation • Create and maintain business use cases • Create and maintain process models • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience translating business processes into Agile requirements • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Familiarity with how to influence without authority • Strong track record of consensus building and delivering value to the business • Business acumen • Experience working on data, reporting, BI, or data warehouse initiatives • Experience in Jira and Confluence • BA or BS degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience • Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role • Knowledge of databases and reporting solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively • Agile/Scrum experience preferred • Business process mapping preferred • Data visualization tools preferred • ETL and data warehousing concepts preferred • Relevant IIBA, PMI, or Scrum Alliance certification preferred
