📋 Description

• Develop reports in SQL and SAS • Review MCO/Client Requests with internal and external partners and translate them into clear business requirements • Build relationships with Account Teams, Legal, Compliance, Client Audit, Finance Operations, and other stakeholders • Provide reporting leadership representation • Continuously evaluate and evolve processes, best practices, and tools around data, reporting, and automation • Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables • Apply high standards for quality control to reporting and analytic work • Document production-ready reporting solutions consistently and clearly • Handle, communicate, and escalate issues in a timely manner • Champion continuous improvement, curiosity, collaboration, and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2+ years of experience writing scripts in SQL and/or SAS • 0-2+ years of experience supporting reporting, analytics, or automation projects • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience is required • Solid SQL skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Strong drive for fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
