📋 Description

• Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs, policies, and frameworks aligned with Total Rewards strategy • Establish and maintain governance, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across regions • Partner with HRBPs to enable execution, while retaining CoE ownership of program design and decision frameworks • Contribute to the development of global salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture • Lead global benchmarking and market analysis using Radford and other sources • Ensure programs reflect external competitiveness and internal equity • Monitor regulatory changes, including pay transparency and local compliance requirements • Develop and maintain enterprise-level compensation models (merit cycles, bonus funding, workforce planning) • Lead design and execution of global compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) from a CoE perspective • Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field • 7-10 years of experience in compensation and total rewards • Demonstrated experience within Total Rewards or Compensation CoE model • Solid knowledge in global compensation across multiple regions • Experience with Radford or similar market data sources • Advanced Excel and modeling skills required • Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools (i.e. UKG, HRSoft)
