📋 Description

• Process assigned submissions in a timely manner • Provide exemplary customer service and serve as the main client contact for assigned submissions • Provide direct assistance with day-to-day administrative activities supporting operations • Act as the primary contact for Sponsor/CRO and Principal Investigator/site communications regarding submissions • Conduct thorough administrative reviews and liaise with study and site personnel to resolve missing information or issues • Document and adhere to client requirements, including organizational and protocol notes • Assist with task reassignments and manage documentation for foreign language translations • Collaborate with the quality control team to minimize errors • Complete tasks within expected turnaround times and respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours • Escalate customer or timeline issues to direct supervisors • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Attend conferences and workshops and complete assigned trainings • Process MODs with minimal ICF impact, progressing to MODs with greater ICF impact, and handle PROs/SSUs/clients upon promotion to CSC II

🎯 Requirements

• Two (2)+ years of experience in a customer service role or office environment, preferably in a regulated industry • Intermediate computer skills • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Word and Outlook • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a stationary workstation • Ability to regularly carry, raise, and lower objects up to 10 lbs. • Ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities • Verbal communication, listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
