📋 Description
• Program Management and Oversight • Staffing & Qualifications • The contractor shall recruit, vet, and retain qualified providers • Ensure all personnel meet the requirements of Section 1.9 before performing any work • Maintain a complete file for every employee containing proof of all required education, experience, licenses, certifications, and background checks • 100% of personnel files must be complete and accurate upon government inspection
🎯 Requirements
• Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field; OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field • If Master's: 5+ years of progressive management experience • If Bachelor's: 10+ years of progressive management experience • At least 5 years of experience supporting military families or similar populations • Demonstrated experience with case management and special needs programs
