📋 Description

• Manage/perform CWM removal under a FFP or CPFF contract for USACE • Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for CWM and/or traditional munitions • Prepare CWM workplans and schedules, manage budgets and quality, and lead field teams during removal actions in the field

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology and or an earth science-related field • 10+ years’ experience, including 2 years of leadership, as a Project Manager of federal projects • US citizenship is required due to the nature of the work • USACE MMRP experience performing CWM remediation operations preferred • Knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 • Involvement with DDESB-approved Chemical Safety Submission (CSS) • 5+ years’ experience managing CWM task order work for USACE Huntsville Center strongly preferred • Ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget • Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Organizational management skills and detail-oriented work • Experience managing CWM projects for USACE Huntsville Center and/or Redstone Arsenal • Proven proposal-writing skills, Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals • Advanced knowledge of DoD and USACE MMR focusing on CWM requirements and processes
