📋 Description

• oversee performance of major programs/projects to meet internal and client KPIs • interact with business leadership on governance & risk issues • develop solutions to client problems/issues • manage high-quality client projects and maintain trusting relationships • participate in feedback for Project Managers to ensure client satisfaction • evaluate individual performance of project managers • drive business development and financial success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or equivalent • successful candidates must pass a background check and motor vehicle records check • US citizenship or permanent residency required • California Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer preferred • 15 years of related experience preferred • exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • flexibility and adaptability to work in ambiguous situations • strong knowledge of the environmental/remediation business and advocacy in multiple state jurisdictions
