📋 Description

• Work on a team of ICT designers and BIM specialists to produce quality, constructable data center design documents on schedule • Perform Data Center design work based on work plans and task definitions • Apply ICT infrastructure knowledge to survey, design, development, and construction administration projects • Perform ICT design and production for hyper-scale and enterprise data centers • Design structured cabling systems, campus/WAN networks, passive optical networks, and outside plant • Perform specific or limited ICT design and production duties as part of a larger data center design team • Produce construction drawings using BIM software such as Revit • Gather and correlate engineering data using established procedures • Complete detailed and routine design and consulting assignments • Propose solutions to new or complex problems • Perform work within agreed budgets and schedules with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university plus four (4) years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Data Center Design and production experience with ICT infrastructure • Current BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification or the desire and ability to achieve same • U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card) required • Professional experience and/or proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Visio Professional, Bluebeam Extreme (Revu), Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 Suite, and other ICT-specific programs • Other active BICSI Certifications preferred; BICSI DCDC certification is a plus • Ability to work remotely across the United States; hybrid option available near an AECOM office • Relocation is not available • Sponsorship is not available
