📋 Description

• Manage midstream conceptual studies and detailed design projects across gathering, transportation, storage, and processing assets • Coordinate projects with dedicated technical teams • Maintain profit and loss responsibility for projects • Serve as the primary interface with clients • Apply a seller/doer approach to program execution • Manage project change control • Make decisions using company procedures, policies, and business practices to achieve results and deadlines • Support clients from the private sector, federal agencies, utilities, municipalities, and developers • Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, regulatory compliance, mapping, and GIS activities • Attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office as a condition of employment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related degree and 6 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Proven track record managing midstream projects focused on pipelines, compressor stations, gas processing, LNG/NGL storage, or terminal development from initiation through execution and closeout • US Citizenship required • Valid Driver’s License • Must pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and financial oversight • Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities • Preferred: 10+ years of experience • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory compliance • Familiarity with pipeline and compressor station engineering principles, construction methodologies, DOT and PHMSA standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication • Experience managing third-party survey, specialty subcontractors, and right-of-way acquisition subcontractors • Experience coordinating with pipeline engineering, mapping, and GIS staff • Experience with terminal facility planning and design for receipt, storage, transfer, and distribution of hydrocarbons or other bulk commodities • Sponsorship is not available • Some travel is required
