📋 Description

• Own the leadership team's operating rhythm • Drive the agenda for executive meetings, offsites, and board preparations • Take vague but critical problems from definition through resolution or handoff • Lead special projects spanning Product and GTM • Draft board decks, company-wide memos, and investor updates • Synthesize complex technical breakthroughs into clear narratives • Align Product, Engineering, and GTM teams • Identify and resolve silos or friction points in the agentic development cycle • Partner with the CEO on fundraising rounds • Manage the data room and investor outreach • Support fundraising storytelling

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience, likely in a high-growth startup, top-tier consulting firm, or venture capital • Experience in founder-led environments is a major plus • Comfortable discussing model precision, human-in-the-loop systems, and the evolving threat landscape • High agency and low ego; able to operate without an existing playbook • General Manager mindset and true ownership mentality • Ability to communicate clearly with senior engineers and Tier-1 investors • Able to lead high-stakes meetings and conduct deep-dive research
