📋 Description

• Drive full-cycle recruiting from initial outbound outreach through offer negotiation across Engineering & AI, GTM/Sales, and Operations • Run hyper-personalized outbound sourcing campaigns across LinkedIn, GitHub, X, professional networks, and unconventional channels • Partner directly with founders, engineering managers, and sales leaders to define candidate profiles, establish hiring bars, and run fast feedback loops • Articulate AegisAI’s technology stack, mission, and category-defining opportunity to technical and sales candidates • Maintain high-touch candidate experiences, drive tight interview schedules, and remove operational friction to close candidates quickly • Test sourcing approaches, refine candidate evaluation processes, and leverage AI tools to automate workflow and accelerate pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced agency, venture-backed startup, or high-growth tech environment • Proven track record sourcing for technical roles (Software Engineers, AI/ML Infrastructure, Threat Detection) and/or business roles (AEs, BDRs, Ops) • Self-starter with high agency and relentless execution who can test, adapt, and hit pipeline targets • Technical and business literacy, including ability to discuss complex backend engineering and understand sales quotas and territory motions • Comfort experimenting with modern AI tools, modern sourcing platforms, and rapid-fire workflows • Demonstrated history of sourcing, pitching, and successfully closing top-tier technical and commercial talent • Experience at an early-stage (Seed through Series B) SaaS or AI startup preferred as a bonus • Prior experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technical AI domains preferred as a bonus • Network depth across San Francisco, NYC, or major US tech hubs preferred as a bonus
