📋 Description

• Develop and execute territory plans with the go-to-market team • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting through closing • Identify, qualify, and prioritize new customers • Build relationships and secure long-term customer partnerships • Advise customers on AEM solutions and provide tailored recommendations • Respond to inbound leads and nurture opportunities • Support retention through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling • Share competitive intelligence, market trends, and customer needs with the GTM team • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction • Prepare, review, and submit proposals, quotes, and contractual documents • Track sales activities and forecasts in Salesforce • Negotiate and structure deals and secure internal approvals • Educate customers on AEM solutions, business value, and ROI • Represent AEM at conferences, events, and industry forums • Maintain company standards and ethical practices • Travel up to one week per quarter

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in meteorology, hydrology, science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience/training • Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven record of accomplishment • Excellent written and presentation communication skills • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship for employment-based work authorization • F-1 OPT holders requiring H-1B status, TN visa holders, and current H-1B visa holders will not be considered • H-1B and green card sponsorship is unavailable
