📋 Description

• Install, assemble, service, and repair Aerzen products at company and customer locations • Perform startups, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on Aerzen products • Represent Aerzen professionally while following company and customer safety requirements • Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain pneumatic, analog, and digital control, measurement, and indicating instrumentation • Install and terminate electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections • Understand control narratives and troubleshoot process-application issues • Analyze and correct TCP/IP network and RS-485 communication issues • Disassemble machines, assess damage, evaluate failures, diagnose problems, and identify root causes • Offer machine-based recommendations and use defined procedures and standard rebuild kits • Read and use equipment diagrams, checklists, engineering drawings, and process documentation • Communicate job requirements, recommendations, service options, concerns, and status updates to customers • Evaluate customers' future needs and communicate information through appropriate channels • Assist engineering with plant design, modifications, and hazard analysis • Plan and schedule travel using the Concur booking tool • Complete service reports, expense reports, forms, commissioning graphs, and written repair reports • Collect data using company software • Conduct customer training on Aerzen products onsite • Perform work according to quality standards and safety procedures while maintaining a clean, safe work area • Participate in inventory counts, shop organization, cleanup, and other assigned departmental duties

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree (2 years schooling) in electronics technology or equivalent experience • Over 4 years of Field Service and Repair experience in rotating equipment • Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet proficiency • Ability with TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications • Allen Bradley PLC experience preferred • Excellent planning, prioritization, organization, and execution skills • High attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data • Analytical and logical problem-solving ability • Excellent time management • RS Logix 5000 experience preferred • PLC or similar Ladder-Logic programming experience desired • Ability to interpret process flow, control wiring, piping, and instrumentation diagrams • Welding (brazing, cutting, welding, plasma) a plus • Strong customer focus • Excellent leadership and change-management skills • Ability to listen, motivate, and influence others to action • High integrity and compliance mindset • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time • Monday-Friday schedule with weekends back at home • Must pass a background check • Must pass a drug test before beginning work • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
