📋 Description

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms • Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges • Work flexibly with members with substance use disorders at times • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system • Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment • Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations • Adhere to HIPAA and applicable state licensure regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Currently licensed in Iowa as an LISW, LMFT, or LMHC • Active and verifiable Iowa license, as well as an active license in the state of residence if it is not Iowa • Credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website • Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings • Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach • Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity • Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
