📋 Description

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations • Deliver care for substance use and mental health conditions • Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions • Complete documentation in the Healthie EHR • Collaborate with the care team • Attend occasional scheduled team meetings • Provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders and mental health disorders • Exercise clinical decision-making discretion in collaboration with members

🎯 Requirements

• Active and verifiable PMHNP license in the state(s) where you practice, including Illinois and your state of residence if different • At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction or mental health treatment • Experience prescribing Suboxone • Active DEA registration • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure • Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges • Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps • Quiet, private office with reliable internet for HIPAA-compliant telehealth visits • Medicaid enrollment is a plus
