📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth evaluations after members complete biopsychosocial intakes • Monitor member progress through monthly appointments • Prescribe medications as needed and answer member questions • Complete notes in the Healthie EHR and follow clinical protocols • Work with a supportive team and attend occasional meetings scheduled in advance • Lead member care for Stimulant Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder through evidence-based telehealth treatment

🎯 Requirements

• Full-practice, licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) • Active, unrestricted license in the state being applied for • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in addiction treatment • Experience prescribing Suboxone • Active DEA registration • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure • Empathy for members facing personal and emotional challenges • Comfort with technology, including EHRs and mobile apps • Private, quiet home office with reliable internet for HIPAA-compliant conversations
