📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, develop, and evaluate clear treatment plans • Educate and coach clients on treatment outcomes and adverse reactions • Practice evidence-based psychopharmacology and psychotherapy • Collaborate with Practice Leaders to manage patients’ complete mental health care • Complete charts and supportive care responsibilities, including callbacks and follow-up • Provide care through video, chat, phone, and in-person sessions • Communicate prices, insurance coverage basics, and costs of lab tests and medicines • Recognize when patients are outside the scope of care and create appropriate care plans • Master and use the EMR, video, iChat, onsite lab tests, and pharmacy tools • Deliver a consistent, high-quality ZoomCare patient experience • Build ongoing patient relationships from one-time visits through video and chat • Provide focused, goal-oriented sessions involving labs and medications when medically appropriate • Practice independently and seek consultation when appropriate • Respond to feedback on clinical quality, customer compliments and concerns, and medical care issues • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specialization, required • Current Registered Nursing licensure in Oregon and Washington • At least 2 years of experience working as a PMHNP • Eligible as a provider for Medicare or able to complete Medicare credentialing requirements prior to hire • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from a recognized organization, or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire • Vaccinated against COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), and TD/TDAP • Knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and medication management • Ability to practice independently and seek consultation when appropriate • Ability to work Wednesday–Saturday, 34 hours per week • Must be located in Oregon • Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs • Ability to complete clinical duties that may require work beyond scheduled hours or outside regular business hours • Ability to use EMR, video, iChat, onsite lab tests, and pharmacy tools • Ability to be fit tested and wear a respirator when required • ASN and BSN are preferred, not required
