📋 Description

• Respond to emails received in the “CAP Reply” inbox within 12 hours of receipt • Create Member Issue Resolution Forms (MIRF’s) as needed to resolve issues • Conduct follow-ups with both Members and dealers • Assist with the WEB Survey inbox • Analyze web surveys and respond to the individual needs of the member • Create Program Administration Changes (PAC’s) for Field team • Review and enter data provided from On Site Evaluations • Assist with completion of spreadsheets recapping an onsite evaluation trip • Contribute to the team by suggesting opportunities for improvement • Participate in weekly department meetings • Perform other duties as assigned • Provide operational and administrative support to the Operations team • Work closely with the On Site Evaluation team and collaborate with other departments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative or support role • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a professional setting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail • Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast paced environment • Proven ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and drive tasks to resolution • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team • Demonstrates a positive, professional, and “can do” attitude • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
