📋 Description

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible transformation and operational programs • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, priorities, and key decisions • Implement lean processes and improve ways of working • Establish and run data-driven operational frameworks to measure portfolio performance against OKRs • Enable investment decisions and influence and train teams on effective ways of working • Develop communication strategies for seamless information flow across the organization • Plan change requirements, identify risks, manage dependencies, and establish tools and forums for clarity and efficiency • Identify systemic inefficiencies, experiment with solutions, and promote transparency, visibility, alignment, and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 8 years of proven experience managing programs, processes, and change management in a technology-focused environment • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes • Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams • Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams • Track record of successfully implementing frameworks at scale and building relationships in a remote friendly culture • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills • Passion and drive to change consumer finance for the better • Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus
