📋 Description

• Drive execution for Applied Intelligence Data Engineering (AIDE), the ETL and streaming data platform powering analytics, personalization, and applied ML across Paramount+ and Pluto TV • Own delivery of high-visibility initiatives and serve as the delivery engine for AIDE's product roadmap • Coordinate an in-flight product integration and onboarding of product lines onto AIDE's unified data platform from inception through production cutover • Define scope, milestones, sequencing, reporting, and dashboarding for senior executives and stakeholders • Apply systems thinking and technical judgment to pipeline and infrastructure tradeoffs • Influence outcomes across matrixed stakeholders without formal authority • Track cross-team dependencies and align priorities across technology touchpoints • Identify technical and delivery risks, including integration gaps, data-quality regressions, ingestion reliability, and infrastructure capacity • Drive risk mitigation with accountable owners • Facilitate root-cause analysis for complex blocking issues and escalate decisions with recommendations • Partner with engineering and adjacent product teams to align milestones and ensure delivery • Translate technical tradeoffs into clear plans for technical and non-technical audiences • Provide executive-ready updates on status, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs to team and organizational management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML-specific Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or a related role delivering complex, multi-team technical systems • Data platform or data engineering program experience strongly preferred • Experience leading cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Ability to identify technical risk, manage interconnected workstreams, and communicate across technical and non-technical partners • Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to a fast-moving, evolving platform integration • Working knowledge of event pipelines and streaming message platforms • Knowledge of data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift • Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow • Familiarity with containerized and cloud-native services • Familiarity with infrastructure as code • Knowledge of automated testing, data quality, regression detection, anomaly detection, business intelligence, and dashboarding tools • Comfortable using AI coding assistants and fluent with AI-assisted coding as a day-to-day way of working
