📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for client managers and patient care advocates reporting file-related or data issues • Gather issue details, including client, file type, affected dates, impacted records, and related context • Log and categorize incoming issues for tracking, prioritization, and reporting • Conduct impact analyses to determine issue scope and severity • Partner with Data Operations team members to validate findings and confirm root cause • Present impact analysis findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Build and maintain a dashboard or tracking tool showing the status of open issues • Provide proactive updates to client managers, patient care advocates, and stakeholders through resolution • Liaise between Data Operations, Client Management, and Patient Care Advocates • Maintain documentation of issues, analyses, and resolutions for reference and audit needs • Identify recurring issues and recommend systemic or process improvements • Refine intake and tracking processes to reduce friction and confusion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar liaison/analyst role; healthcare or PBM experience strongly preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills and ability to determine the full scope and impact of reported issues • Experience building and maintaining a dashboard or status-tracking tool such as Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple open issues and stakeholders • Proactive communication habits and ability to provide status updates before being asked • Comfortable working cross-functionally with business and technical teams • Familiarity with PBM eligibility, accumulator, or claims data is a plus • Mission-driven, humble, supportive, and aligned with AffirmedRx values of trust, accountability, and innovation • Willingness to travel 10%-20%
