📋 Description

• Lead successful onboarding and renewal of clients through high-quality implementation planning and execution • Serve as the second point of escalation for highly visible internal and external issues and requests • Develop business updates and supporting materials for executive leadership • Provide proactive, strategically supported recommendations for implementation activities • Lead implementation planning and execution, cross-collaboration, compliant pharmacy benefit builds, and client satisfaction • Collaborate with leadership and internal/external support teams on strategic and tactical implementation plans • Communicate company mission, vision, values, and implementation processes internally and externally • Hire, coach, mentor, and train implementation team members • Develop strategies to meet implementation performance guarantees and improve client engagement, incentives, outcomes, and utilization • Support sales initiatives, RFIs, RFPs, and finalist meetings • Lead internal implementation operations initiatives and collaborative projects • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure communication and problem resolution • Meet performance goals and enhance client satisfaction through proactive and strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration required • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare and/or PBM implementations and building/managing high-functioning teams • Critical thinking skills and ability to simplify, automate, and change complex processes • Experience leading diverse client portfolios and teams while delivering goals, services, and projects on time, quality, and budget • Strong planning and problem-analysis skills with a consumer-centric mindset • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and communicate effectively, timely, and transparently • Ability to collaborate and positively influence outcomes across all teams and stakeholder levels • Growth mindset and ability to lead change, apply best practices, build staff resiliency, and adapt to changing requirements and rapid growth • Client-facing experience solving complex customer concerns, managing escalations, and serving as an escalation point • Experience leading remote teams and working in a remote environment • Willingness and ability to travel 20%-40% • Advanced degree and PMP certification preferred
