📋 Description

• Lead and manage AffirmedRx’s portfolio of strategic projects and support client implementations • Plan, execute, and deliver key strategic projects supporting internal infrastructure needs and service delivery • Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships • Develop and execute enterprise-wide program strategies aligned with AffirmedRx and client goals • Lead project portfolio planning, execution, and delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality • Define program goals, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders and management • Establish program governance, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms • Maintain program plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones • Lead cross-functional project teams through influence, providing direction, guidance, and support • Monitor and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, progress, and performance metrics • Provide regular updates and status reports, including executive-level communications • Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution • Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities • Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement • Navigate client implementation challenges and contribute to strategic direction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of industry experience in Managed Care or Pharmacy Benefits Management • Experience within a Project Management Office and/or Client Implementation team • Proven program management experience overseeing and delivering complex programs and initiatives • Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Experience with AI and vendor integrations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High judgment, analytical ability, and creativity in investigating problems requiring innovative solutions • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal and external teams • Willingness and ability to travel 20%-25%
