📋 Description

• Own program and integration delivery across the client portfolio, with primary focus on largest accounts • Solve complex client problems by structuring ambiguity, mobilizing human and AI resources, and delivering outcomes • Build, manage, and continuously tune AI agents for integration diagnostics, client deliverables, workflow automation, intake processing, reporting, and data analysis • Own delivery cadence for the flagship account with 80+ contracted connections and secondary accounts • Manage Jira intake workflow, capture requirements, and drive work through the build pipeline • Serve as primary operational point of contact for key client IT and Business Operations stakeholders • Attend leadership calls, surface blockers early, and ensure delivery commitments are met • Own weekly delivery reporting to senior client stakeholders • Provide cross-account support for delivery troubleshooting, integration scoping, and contract coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations • AI-native experience required: building agents, tuning them, measuring output quality, and expanding their scope • Client-facing confidence with senior client stakeholders • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive complex integration issues to resolution • Willingness to perform operational delivery work • Healthcare exposure preferred, not required • Experience building, tuning, and measuring AI agent workflows • Background in strategy consulting, management consulting, or implementation delivery at a professional services firm • Familiarity with TPA operations, claims processing, healthcare EDI, or health plan administration • Experience with Jira, Snowflake, or healthcare data integration platforms • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where scope evolves quickly
