📋 Description

• Direct all phases of client programs from inception through completion • Manage program cost, implementation, and performance • Participate in contract and contract-change negotiations • Coordinate business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and contract financial terms • Ensure development aligns with market trends, program goals, and client needs • Serve as primary customer contact and lead program review sessions • Develop new business or expand the product line with clients • Analyze program problems and opportunities and evaluate options • Establish milestones, monitor schedules, and obtain solutions to program issues • Determine profitability and viability of new products or program enhancements • Develop strategies and tactics for effective program performance across the lifecycle • Direct technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative program employees • Manage one large program or a portfolio of smaller client contracts • Lead contract creation and execute contracts for compliance and client satisfaction • Direct and coordinate multifunction teams of 10–30 people • Direct people management for 2–5 people plus contractors • Lead process and tool improvement • Create technical content and intellectual property when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Michigan • Relevant work experience plus 8+ years of project management experience • 5+ years of people management experience • Bachelor's degree • MS or MBA preferred • Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements and transportation regulations • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks • Resourceful, resilient, and kind
