📋 Description

• Lead and support cross-functional business transformation initiatives improving operational execution, visibility, consistency, and scalability • Identify process gaps, manual workarounds, data quality issues, and simplification opportunities with business leaders and stakeholders • Translate business needs into process, reporting, automation, and platform-enabled solutions • Support prioritization, sequencing, readiness, and adoption of business capabilities • Coordinate enterprise platform enhancement requests, requirements gathering, testing, governance, administration, roadmap coordination, user support, training, and continuous improvement • Partner with technical teams to clarify requirements, validate solutions, support readiness, and communicate process or system changes • Develop, maintain, or support operational reports, dashboards, metrics, and business insights • Identify automation opportunities and support reporting governance, data quality improvement, and metric standardization • Serve as a business partner across PMO, PgMO, revenue, compliance, operations, and technical teams • Provide advisory support for compliance, revenue acceleration, value-stream strategy, quoting transformation, reporting, automation, and process improvement • Communicate priorities, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to leaders and cross-functional partners • Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, standard work, and training materials • Support knowledge transfer, cross-training, repeatable processes, governance routines, and business continuity • Maintain visibility of risks, enhancement requests, reporting needs, and operational dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, analytics, information systems, program management, process improvement, or related field • 5+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, business analysis, operational excellence, reporting, automation, platform operations, or process improvement • Experience supporting enterprise applications, operational platforms, reporting tools, workflow solutions, or business systems • Ability to learn new platforms, processes, and technologies and become a credible business partner quickly • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills • Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, supporting testing, enabling adoption, and translating business needs into scalable solutions • Ability to work across business and technical teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate risks and recommendations clearly • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Experience with enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, professional services automation, project portfolio management, workflow automation, analytics, or reporting platforms preferred • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Kantata, or similar platforms preferred, but not required • Experience supporting regulated, healthcare, compliance-driven, or operationally complex business environments preferred • Experience with process improvement, change enablement, operational governance, data quality, and performance metrics preferred • Project Management Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management, business analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification preferred
