📋 Description

• Review and validate Concur expense reports and card activity against receipts, business purpose and policy • Identify duplicate claims, personal purchases, unsupported charges, suspicious meals, missing or screenshot receipts, and unusual vendor charges • Analyze spending by employee, location and category to identify unusual behavior and weaknesses in expense controls • Build and maintain recurring monitoring reports • Open case files, classify findings by evidence strength, preserve evidence, and provide factual documentation to HR and Legal • Identify approver failures and report them to management • Reconcile suspended and separated employees against active card and travel profiles • Flag AP vendor payments or staff bonuses routed through T&E instead of proper workflows • Recommend and help draft changes to T&E policies, approval limits and SOPs • Report T&E compliance trends to leadership monthly • Provide samples and documentation to internal and external auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent experience • 2 to 4 years in accounting, audit, accounts payable, T&E review or internal controls • Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, large data sets) • Sharp attention to detail and clear written documentation • Sound judgment and strict confidentiality; ability to handle sensitive employee matters • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Preferred: Experience with Concur or a similar T&E system and corporate card data • Preferred: Power BI, SQL, Alteryx or similar tools for data analysis • Preferred: CFE or CPA, or progress toward either • Preferred: Experience in a multi-location or multi-entity organization
