📋 Description

• Develop and execute AFL's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals. • Advise the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on financial planning and strategic initiatives. • Present financial performance, forecasts, and recommendations to ownership and executive leadership. • Lead long-range financial planning and capital allocation. • Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. • Develop annual operating budgets and financial forecasts. • Monitor monthly financial performance against budget. • Analyze key financial trends and operational metrics. • Develop dashboards and KPIs for executive leadership. • Provide profitability analysis by clinic, service line, payer, and region. • Recommend operational improvements to improve margins. • Ensure accurate financial statements, timely monthly reporting, and GAAP compliance. • Oversee cash management, investments, and working capital optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership • Minimum 5 years in senior finance management • Healthcare finance experience • Multi-location organization experience • Budget management exceeding $20 million • Preferred: ABA therapy experience • Medicaid reimbursement knowledge • Multi-state healthcare organization • Private equity or high-growth healthcare experience
