📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and grow multiple forward-thinking teams of software, data, and platform engineers • Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers • Partner with product managers, data scientists, and system architects to translate complex business strategies into executable technical intent • Continuously elevate engineering practices, pioneering spec-driven and intent-driven architectures • Design, implement, and support scalable backend solutions • Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of analytics engines and data infrastructure • Collaborate across engineering organizations to optimize system throughput

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering • At least 5 years of experience in people management • 10+ years of experience in software engineering (Preferred) • 5+ years of experience in Agile practices (Preferred) • Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity (Preferred)
