📋 Description

• Serve as the front-line customer relations representative for the Out of the Darkness Walk series • Meet and exceed recruitment, retention, and fundraising goals • Provide customer service, technical, fundraising, training, and event support to participants • Conduct sales communications to convert leads into Overnight Walk participants • Host fundraising workshops and informational meetings by phone, webinar, and in person • Oversee all Overnight Training Walks • Oversee the Overnight Teams Program • Develop and implement social media content and editorial calendars with the Senior Walker Coach • Assist with event logistics from start to finish • Support the Out of the Darkness Community Walks and Community Fundraising team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel • Proficiency in Google Drive Suite • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database systems • Comfortable conducting internet research • Basic HTML and web editing • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated leadership, customer service, project management, and sales abilities • Highly organized and detail oriented • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Flexible and easily adaptable to change • Ability to perform occasional light lifting and event-related heavier lifting • Ability to stand for extended periods during events
