📋 Description

• Perform quality assurance on all deliverables and ensure timely delivery to the government. • Provide templates, updates and edits for contract products. • Attend briefs and meetings as required. • Coordinate with stakeholders, task leads and the PM to address deliverable issues. • Serve as primary reviewer for products, deliverables and artifacts submitted to the government. • Ensure products, deliverables and artifacts meet or exceed acceptable quality levels. • Provide technical editing expertise. • Track deliverable due dates and notify task leads of pending requirements. • Submit deliverables to the proper repository, including portals, SharePoint and RTS, in accordance with the PWS. • Provide Monthly Status Report template and updates via MS Teams. • Maintain version control and document management practices in SharePoint. • Support Task Leads as required.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is required. • Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret clearance. • Bachelor's degree. • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. • Five (5) years of overall experience in technical writing, reviewing or editing. • Familiarity with IT and/or cybersecurity environments. • Ability to provide quality assurance for all contract deliverables. • Proven ability to prepare and present technical documentation, strategic briefings, and governance materials. • Excellent technical writing and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
