📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based, short-term virtual behavioral health counseling, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing, to older adults • Support lifestyle and behavior change related to stress management, sleep hygiene, nutrition, physical activity, and weight loss • Document patient information and communicate with other healthcare providers using an EMR • Partner with care coordinators, health coaches, and other clinicians to develop personalized care plans

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in multiple states, including CA, TX, FL and/or PA • 3+ years of clinical experience • 1+ years of telehealth experience • High proficiency with EMRs and communication tools • Prior experience working with older adults (65+) or in geriatric health, chronic disease management, or lifestyle/preventative medicine • Excellent communication skills and empathy-driven clinical approach • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build systems and processes from the ground up • Commitment to working 15+ hours per week
