📋 Description

• Design and deliver client-facing enablement, including live trainings, education programs, webinars, and other facilitated experiences • Own the ongoing quality and effectiveness of enablement through curriculum assessment, program upkeep, and continuous improvement as the product changes • Deliver live client training and support the Release & Enablement Program Manager with internal training delivery as needed • Collaborate with Professional Services on onboarding and Client Success on adoption moments • Use AI tooling to prepare, personalize, and scale enablement efficiently in alignment with the AI Center of Excellence • Provide feedback from live sessions and client interactions to content, Academy, and program design • Partner with the Client Experience Consultant, Knowledge & Content on materials supporting live sessions • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience in client education, training/facilitation, customer enablement, customer marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong live facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable leading client-facing sessions and adapting in real time • Takes ownership of enablement quality over time, with strong instincts for whether a session or program is landing and driving adoption • Able to take rough direction and run with it, turning a high-level ask into finished enablement without needing every detail spelled out • Values variety across multiple kinds of client enablement • Comfortable using AI tooling to prepare and scale enablement while maintaining quality and judgment • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
