📋 Description

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from stranded motorists across the United States • Gather location and vehicle issue details and dispatch assistance in real time • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure accurate and rapid dispatch of tow trucks and service vehicles • Use active listening and empathy to de-escalate frustrated or anxious customers • Provide calm guidance and reassurance during roadside emergencies • Navigate multiple web-based systems, online databases, CRMs, and dispatch tools simultaneously • Track service progress accurately • Collaborate with peers and managers through Zoom and Google Chat in a virtual team • Support customers with flat tires, lockouts, dead batteries, fuel deliveries, and towing due to mechanical failures • Participate in mandatory classroom training and ongoing cross-training

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently physically reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Virginia • 1+ years of continuous customer service experience • Fast-paced contact center experience is ideally preferred • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background screening • Dedicated, quiet home office free from family, pet, or background noise • Applicant-provided work equipment • Personal desktop or laptop manufactured in 2021 or later; Chromebooks, Macs, and tablets are not allowed • Current supported Windows 11, version 24H2, 25H2, or newer • Intel or AMD processor with 2+ cores and minimum 3.5 GHz boosted/turbo speed • Minimum 8 GB RAM and 20 GB free hard drive space • Working webcam and high-quality USB-wired headset • Google Chrome version 23+ or Mozilla Firefox version 3+ • Secure hard-wired high-speed internet via Ethernet; Wi-Fi is not allowed • Minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; latency up to 80–100ms • Active cell phone capable of receiving SMS and downloading security apps • Must type at least 30 WPM accurately • Must select and consistently work a dedicated production schedule • Weekend availability/flexibility required • 100% attendance required during mandatory training • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States • Position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
