📋 Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for administrative and operational claim inquiries • Monitor Oxford’s claim mailboxes, prioritizing, handling, and distributing mail • Enter, review, and maintain data within the claim management system • Prepare, review, and distribute written acknowledgements and routine claim correspondence • Assist with internal and external reports, loss runs, and management summaries • Monitor and manage communications and documentation from fronting carriers • Perform document handling tasks including redaction, quality review, document indexing, DocuSign workflow creation, and secure distribution • Support claim handlers and facilitate communication with internal teams, external partners, and insureds

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered • 3–6 years of progressive experience in claims administration/support or insurance operations • Strong working knowledge of insurance claim workflows and terminology • Demonstrated experience working with claim management systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced organizational and time-management skills • High degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Experience supporting audits, reporting cycles, or client-facing deliverables preferred
