📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements, assess current-state processes, and map future-state workflows • Write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and document solution designs • Lead client refinement meetings during project build phases • Serve as liaison between the project team and clients • Configure Salesforce and build declarative automation, primarily Flows • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Write and execute QA test scripts when no dedicated QA resource is available • Translate QA scripts into UAT scripts and guide client testing • Smoke test deployments into sandboxes and production • Lead client training for system administrators and end users • Create supporting documentation • Provide internal domain expertise on nonprofit processes, including fundraising, grantmaking, event management, and volunteer management • Mentor junior consultants and business analysts as needed • Assist with pre-sales scoping and discovery as needed • Contribute to Agile Cloud Consulting’s fully virtual team culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with a strong track record in project delivery • 2+ years of experience at or supporting nonprofit organizations, with in-depth knowledge of nonprofit business processes • Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis • Strong communication and client-management skills, including the ability to manage client expectations and facilitate productive working sessions • Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience: custom objects and fields, page layouts and Lightning pages, quick actions, list views, reports and dashboards, and configuration of AppExchange products • Declarative development experience with Flow, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes • Working knowledge of the Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, roles, org-wide defaults, and sharing rules • Experience writing test plans and test scripts and guiding clients through user acceptance testing • Willingness to use AI to improve efficiency and accuracy • Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision • Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud experience preferred • Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) experience valuable • Experience with Experience Cloud and Data Loader is a plus • Experience working with higher education institutions is a plus • Salesforce certifications are a plus, especially Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Agentforce Nonprofit Consultant, Nonprofit Success Pack Consultant, and Experience Cloud Consultant • Authorization to work in the United States required
