📋 Description

• Develop change strategies enabling digital and organizational transformations and cloud-based technology implementations • Champion change on customer projects across various practices • Collaborate strategically with customers to determine user adoption approaches • Train customers on built solutions and organizational change implementation • Work with superusers to give users a voice in implementations • Acquire new technical expertise and understand the latest Salesforce features and major launches • Train and mentor the internal team as required • Understand clients’ cultures, business strategies, and organizational change management opportunities and challenges • Apply proven change methodologies and psychological principles influencing behavioral change • Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and consulting partners • Serve as the organizational change management expert across program strategy, change design and execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communication and training, project management, business process design, sustainment, and measurement • Support the growing practice by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, developing internal infrastructure, and strengthening best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience in general management/software consulting preferred • Experience delivering change management work, including change assessments, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, change impact analysis, education, communications, training, user adoption, change measurements, and sustainment • Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops • Ability to thrive in technical environments, especially Salesforce product implementations • Experience with change management tools, templates, techniques, or frameworks • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills • 4+ years of experience in consulting, business technology, or a functional domain • Strong technology background with working knowledge of Google Suite, Chatter, Quip, Smartsheet, and Slack preferred • Salesforce.com organization and product knowledge preferred • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Contact Centers, Field Service, Salesforce CPQ, and/or Tableau is a plus
