📋 Description

• Lead functional alignment between the USSF baseline metadata package and the customer’s operational processes • Validate data architecture, object models, user security matrix, and portal access structures in the target RCO environment • Guide Solution Consultants and Developers in configuring declarative and programmatic components • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud • Provide technical and functional leadership to cross-functional project teams • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and solution frameworks • Design and implement automation using Flow, Approval Processes, Einstein features, and other declarative tools • Optimize business processes to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency • Ensure automation is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance and compliance standards • Partner with stakeholders to validate designs through prototypes and iterative feedback cycles • Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops • Capture business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into solution designs, user stories, and implementation roadmaps • Advise stakeholders on Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and optimization opportunities • Design scalable data and security models and automation frameworks aligned to federal requirements • Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools and best-practice architecture patterns • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required; position restricted to U.S. Citizens • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal • TS/SCI Poly strongly preferred • 5+ years of Salesforce architecture/consulting experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience • Experience working within DoD/Federal Salesforce environments (IL4/IL5 GovCloud) • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, and one or more Consultant-level certifications required • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong business analysis skills, including client discovery, requirements definition, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce automation, especially Flow • Experience designing production-grade UI in Lightning and Experience Cloud • Track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder Salesforce programs • Familiarity with integrations and APIs • Experience with Agile software development methodologies • At least 4 years building Salesforce business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for production systems • Additional certifications preferred: Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud, OmniStudio, and PSS • Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect strongly preferred
