📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Business Finance partner for the CrossLab Consumables and Services Divisions • Provide financial leadership and decision support to Division VP/GMs and their staff • Partner with commercial, product, R&D, and functional leaders to drive business performance, investment decisions, and profitable growth • Provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and support operational decision-making across geographically dispersed businesses • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management • Translate business drivers into actionable financial insights and recommendations • Support commercial, marketing, and service leaders in optimizing recurring revenue • Monitor business performance and identify risks, opportunities, and actions to improve growth, profitability, and resource allocation • Oversee business cases and financial analyses for investments, product development, commercial initiatives, and portfolio decisions • Collaborate with the FP&A Center of Excellence on planning, reporting, and analytical outputs • Leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting accuracy and decision support • Travel approximately 10% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field • MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience • Experience supporting consumables, services, life sciences, diagnostics, manufacturing, or other recurring revenue businesses • Experience within a complex global organization • Strong understanding of recurring revenue business models, including pricing, service contract economics, installed base management, customer retention, product lifecycle management, and margin optimization • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to shape strategy, evaluate investments, optimize resource allocation, and deliver profitable growth • Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, business performance management, and executive decision support in a matrixed global environment • Ability to leverage digital technologies, automation, AI, and advanced analytics • Strong executive presence and ability to synthesize complex business issues into clear, actionable recommendations • Strong business and commercial acumen • Strategic thinking and structured problem solving • Financial modeling and analytical rigor • Digital and AI fluency • Executive communication and stakeholder management
