📋 Description

• Support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions • Install and optimize hardware, software, network products and configurations at customer sites • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems • Perform maintenance and repairs • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may impact product performance • Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business • Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software • Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions • Work at a variety of laboratories and continuously learn about new instruments, software and consumables • Cover a territory including Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi • Travel to customer sites 50% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Successful candidate MUST live in Atlanta area • A post-secondary degree within the science field – e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or equivalent College degree with Work experience. • 4+ years of experience in laboratory environment working spectroscopy • Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving is essential • Experience with the Agilent LCMS or GCMS is preferred but not essential • Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely • Enjoy travelling and visiting customers • Travel expectation is 50% • Ability to work a full-time weekly schedule • Day shift
