📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Project Management Center of Excellence Director • Take accountability for overall project objectives and execution of directly managed projects • Lead overall project planning, objectives and execution of project teams • Facilitate cross-functional discussions and alignment to common project goals • Manage team communications and stakeholder management across all functions • Work with Division leadership and functional managers to address project team issues • Update project status reports in project dashboards and Product Group roadmaps • Interface with Product Group points-of-contact in Marketing, OFS and R&D on roadmap planning • Support implementation of Portfolio Management as a member of the PMCoE • Share best practices within the team to support Project Manager development • Support growth across Agilent’s Chemistries and Supplies Division and lead critical new product development projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Life Sciences • Technical background in Spectroscopy, Chromatography, Chemical/Biological Standards or Life Science • 8+ years of experience in chemical or life science industry • 5+ or more years of project management experience • Strong interpersonal skills in collaboration, negotiation and networking • Demonstrated skill in meeting facilitation, project planning and stakeholder management • Demonstrated delivery customer solutions by transforming broad concepts into structured programs • Agilent Consumables business experience preferred, but not required • PMP, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred, but not required • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
