📋 Description

• Supervise operations of a district office, including customer service and equipment processing personnel and activities • Provide leadership, planning, and direction to achieve business objectives and financial goals • Support customer on-site service • Hold self and team accountable for timely completion of assignments and expected results • Resolve customer and staff concerns, discrepancies, disagreements, and conflicts • Oversee equipment management practices, inventory, par levels, missing and lost equipment, software upgrades, and accessories • Ensure equipment inventory and par levels comply with contract terms, pricing, and policies • Route and prioritize geographic service activities to operate teams efficiently • Gain proficiency in organizational systems • Complete and maintain DOT certification according to location-specific needs • Oversee staffing levels and on-call schedules based on demand • Recruit, train, develop, and cross-train employees • Provide ongoing feedback and focused action steps for improvement • Understand billing for account invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives • Promote communication among team members and visibility for internal staff and customers • Establish performance objectives and development plans, track performance, and evaluate progress • Ensure timely district-wide performance appraisals • Apply financial, product, healthcare, hospital operations, and medical equipment knowledge • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years management experience or work experience with demonstrated leadership • Healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment, sales and services experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • Business and financial management expertise to assist with contract management and account margin maintenance • Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and budget management experience • Demonstrated computer literacy • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours as required • Travel up to 50–75% • Valid driver’s license • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Time management and organizational skills • Compliance with patient privacy laws • Compliance with safety, health, quality, company, governmental, and customer policies and regulations
