📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the robot skills roadmap • Translate the product roadmap into actionable execution plans with milestones, scope, and timelines • Balance long-range technical goals with immediate commercial rollout demands • Manage technical dependencies and alignment across Robot Software, AI Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Fleet Orchestration teams • Establish operational rigor and process clarity using Jira • Optimize sprint mechanics and metrics, run Agile ceremonies, and resolve roadblocks • Guide manipulation and perception capabilities from prototyping and feasibility assessment through commercially viable, pilot-ready production features • Provide leadership and stakeholders with updates on project health, timeline deviations, and risk mitigation • Travel up to two weeks per quarter to customer sites, Agility offices, or offsites

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field • 7+ years of experience in technical program management or project management focused on software engineering lifecycles in an Agile software development environment • Experience driving programs for complex software systems interacting directly with physical hardware, such as robotics, autonomous vehicles, embedded systems, or IoT • Advanced proficiency with Jira or similar tools for workflows, cross-team dependencies, and program roadmaps • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners' roadmaps and unblock team work without formal authority • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to align multidisciplinary stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership • Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant technical field • Preferred: Exposure to or experience with perception systems, robotic manipulation and controls pipelines, or machine learning frameworks such as Learning from Demonstration • Preferred: Experience using reliability data, including Pareto analysis and root-cause analysis, to drive bug fixes and systemic improvements • Preferred: Experience guiding software from prototyping and validation to reliable commercial deployments • Preferred: Experience using simulation environments for test coverage, validation, and release readiness on physical systems • Must have current authorization to work in the United States
