• Identify, qualify, and develop new strategic business opportunities within target industries and accounts through market research, networking, and inbound lead qualification. • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand complex customer needs and align them with robotic solutions. • Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights into how robotic products and services solve customer challenges. • Guide existing strategic accounts toward expanded product adoption and long-term partnerships. • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships from C-suite to operations. • Lead all stages of the sales cycle from qualification through contract closure. • Maintain timely CRM updates, accurate sales forecasts, and pipeline visibility. • Collaborate with marketing, product development, engineering, and customer success teams. • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
• Unwavering integrity and strong ethical conduct. • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Passion for and understanding of robotics, automation, and AI, with proven experience bringing nascent technologies to market at scale. • Strategic enterprise-level thinking with strong analytical skills and ability to identify and solve complex problems. • Highly organized, results-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to articulate complex technical and business value propositions to diverse audiences. • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or engineering-related fields, or a special combination of education and experience with demonstrated accomplishments. • Minimum 8 years sales experience in the technology B2B environment. • Current authorization to work in the United States.
