• Provide account and application support to Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial accounts • Support transportation management and distribution management technologies • Provide application and possible system operations support for high-visibility accounts • Serve as the single point of contact between accounts and IT • Perform financial reporting and forecasting • Provide status reporting • Administer change requests • Gather and define requirements • Manage a matrix environment and engage the appropriate groups at the appropriate time • Act as the voice of the customer • Provide 24x7 on-call support for Severity 1 issues according to the duty roster, generally one week every two months • Respond to Severity 1 escalations 24x7x365 with a root-cause and corrective-action mindset • Manage scope, schedule, and budget for medium and large complex business startups across multiple IT teams • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree required in IT management, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, accounting, or finance, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience in one of these disciplines • Five (5) years or more in account management or related experience required • Two (2) years or more automotive industry experience required • Two (2) years or more logistics or supply chain experience preferred • Well-rounded knowledge of the automotive industry • Strong documentation skills for business requirements and scope definition • Ability to manage budgets through quotation, approval, and execution • Solid understanding of SOP98 and account capitalization principles • Working knowledge of project management methodology • Ability to build project plans using Microsoft technologies • Ability to manage project objectives for on-time delivery • Ability to negotiate resource allocation and priorities • Strong client-facing skills • Ability to build long-lasting internal and external customer relationships • Ability to generate results through influence • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or change requests concurrently (preferred) • PMI • Must respond to Severity 1 escalations 24x7x365 according to the duty roster • Must satisfy any applicable employment, education, motor vehicle, road test, badging, or customer background screening requirements
