📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts for go-to-market teams • Review, draft, and negotiate agreements with vendors and suppliers • Partner with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives and risk tolerance • Support Sales, Marketing, Partners & Alliances, and Professional Services teams • Provide clear and simple legal advice and counsel to go-to-market teams • Address legal and business risks while enabling deal closures and fostering internal partnerships • Create and maintain deal enablement tools, including agreement templates, playbooks, processes, and trainings • Collaborate with the Legal team and cross-functional teams on key projects and initiatives • Report to the General Counsel • Make process and documentation improvements and manage evolving priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Admission to at least one state bar in good standing • At least 2–3 years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts • Experience preferably in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company environment • Ability to exercise independent judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal advice while balancing legal risk and business objectives • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders • Familiarity with privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CPRA, and CCPA • Familiarity with U.S. federal government contracts is a plus • Strong preference for candidates in Pacific and Mountain Time Zones; Central Time Zone candidates must be open to working Pacific Time Zone
