📋 Description

• Manage assigned technical projects and project segments day to day • Manage groups of projects as a whole, providing a single point of knowledge and control • Guide project teams and clients in Agile/Scrum practices and values • Coach teams toward greater Scrum maturity and self-organization • Remove impediments and facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution • Support and educate the Product Sponsor on grooming and maintaining the product backlog • Analyze resource utilization and measure future resource allocation needs • Develop and track additional services revenue opportunities • Understand client needs, match them to services or products, and manage expectations • Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery • Ensure service delivery success and client satisfaction • Develop and execute project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables • Identify resources and assign project roles • Coordinate internal departments, clients, vendors, and subcontractors • Monitor work, risks, issues, progress, deadlines, scope, budgets, and quality • Manage vendor/subcontractor integration and deliverables • Conduct project closure, handover, acceptance, and post-implementation review activities • Improve project management coordination processes • Maintain updated project information in AHEAD systems, including Salesforce and FinancialForce

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ability to independently manage medium to high risk, high complexity, and high client visibility projects • Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Knowledge of industry project management best practices, including PMBOK • Knowledge of the company's products and services • Solid understanding of IT project methodologies and life cycles, including conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, and waterfall phases • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced skills in project management software • Ability to manage project budgets and timelines • Proficiency with negotiation techniques • Ability to facilitate interaction with executive-level clients • Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance, and build high morale • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments
