📋 Description

• Manage overall planning and execution of Supply Chain customer project activities • Maintain timely delivery of manufactured components within quality and budget requirements • Identify and resolve manufacturing and supply chain project issues and escalate problems when necessary • Coordinate customer- or region-specific product manufacturing cost estimates, including total cost of delivery • Present manufacturing and procurement/delivery status at project review meetings, including earned value metrics and variance analysis • Develop, maintain, and control Supply Chain Large Scale Deployment project policies and procedures • Ensure project compliance with policies and procedures and maintain procurement, statements of work, supplier execution plans, and related documentation • Facilitate change documentation • Maintain project-specific manufacturing and project risk assessments and mitigation activities • Coordinate pre-project Supply Chain activities supporting business development, including transportation, inspections, and storage • Manage Supply Chain project resources in a matrix environment through planning, execution, control, monitoring, reporting, and closing • Coordinate oversight of contractors performing defined scopes for NuScale • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related discipline • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, project management, or related field dealing with a high degree of complexity and multiple interfaces • Experience in manufacturing of nuclear components, new nuclear project development, or supply chain contract management preferred • Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 • Understanding of construction practices for construction and experience managing projects in engineering and construction execution phase • Ability to provide and coordinate oversight of NuScale contractors • Ability to interface with management level of engineering and construction companies • Strong aptitude for negotiation and management of contracts and contract changes • Ability to understand and communicate clearly using phones, personal interaction, and computers • Ability to learn new job functions and comprehend and apply new concepts quickly • Ability to travel nationally and internationally • Ability to perform essential duties efficiently and accurately without causing a significant safety threat
